PVCG often works with our clients in the traditional "management consulting mode"; executing client engagements in the areas described below. In these types of engagements, we often partner with other management consulting firms to ensure that each engagement delivers the highest quality with the most qualified engagement teams.
In addition to the types of management consulting engagements described below, we often work with our clients to help guide the activities of other -- usually much larger -- consulting firms. In these types of engagements, our clients rely on us to understand their strategic and tactical objectives and help guide the bigger management consulting enagements to a successful conclusion.
These types of engagements are structured quite differently than a traditional consulting engagement, and require in-depth discussion with a broad variety of stakeholders before starting the actual engagement.
